Handmade Lady in a Hat Inlay Cameo Ring in Handmade Setting in 14k Gold-filled and Sterling Silver with a Pearl

This ultra statement making cocktail ring features a very cool inlay cameo piece that I picked up at a gem show years ago. I finally decided to turn it into a ring, so you can admire it whenever you wear it. I created a smooth shiny bezel in 14k gold-filled for it, on a heavy sterling silver base. I bordered the setting with delicate twisted 14k gold-filled wire. It's set on a heavy hammered open band, so that the stone sits flatly on the finger. Because it's so large and in charge, I suggest wearing it on the pointer or middle finger! Completely handmade and one of a kind. The focal piece is made out of gold flecked lapis, black onyx, hematite, and mother of pearl. OH and I perched a wee little pearl off to the side just for kicks. The bottom of the ring is stamped with my name, and hand engraved with the words "look sharp" cryptically carved into the metal. The ring is hard to size, because of the big flat top. It fits a variety of my fingers, including my pointers and my middle fingers, which are around 7-8.
