Hold On Turquoise Hand Pendant

A sterling silver cut out hand pendant, cut from my own drawing, is stamped with Hold On and a 3mm goldfilled bezel set turquoise in the middle. Open to interpretation. Hold on to what? A memory? Someone’s heart? Your sanity? It hangs on an 18” 14k gold filled chain.
